As a therapist I work hard to meet everyone at their level of change and guide them to a place they strive to be at, free of judgement, in an encouraging and supportive way. We all deserve a safe place to have to be validated and heard when life may become overwhelming and full of stress.
I have been practicing as a mental health practitioner for over 18 years and as an addictions counselor since 2006. I've worked with a wide range of ages, however I primarily work with adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, anger and relationship issues to name a few.
