Hi, I’m Becky (she/her). I work with people navigating trauma, grief, depression, substance use, and major life transitions, especially those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by what they are carrying. Grounded in a feminist, multicultural lens, I view distress as a response to lived experiences and systems, not personal failure. I integrate IFS, EMDR, CBT and more to help clients understand their inner world, process trauma, and shift unhelpful patterns. Many of my clients are also exploring questions of identity, relationships, spirituality, or recovery, and they're looking for a space where they can show up authentically.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. We’ll move at your pace while building insight, coping skills, and resilience to help you feel more grounded in daily life. Together, we’ll explore patterns, make sense of your experiences, and support meaningful, lasting change.

During our initial session, we will talk about family, culture, environment, and any systems that have affected the way you respond to situations and stressors. Internal Family Systems is a mindfulness approach that helps you connect with parts of yourself to foster self-compassion and promote healing.
