About
We all have challenges in our lives and sometimes they lead to feelings of stress, sadness, loss, loneliness and dissatisfaction. Whether you are an adult or the parent of a child struggling with these feelings - you deserve to feel better. I believe that during these difficult times support, understanding and validation can help you to begin to establish goals and address your issues. Using a variety of modalities that include CBT, mindfulness, play therapy and family systems theory we can work together to achieve your goals and create a personal "tool box" of strategies to help you now and in the future.
I have over 20+ years experience working with individuals, couples and groups. My approach is to assess your needs and what you want out of therapy and provide a positive, supportive and nonjudgemental environment where you can work on those challenges.
In addition to therapy I offer parent coaching, school observations/ support.
