We are all on a journey toward deeper healing and connection. My passion is to help couples and individuals experience more satisfying relationships and personal wholeness. I am an empathic, dynamic therapist ready to come alongside people from all walks of life in the sojourn through seasons of growth, challenge, and change. My areas of interest include pre-marital and couples therapy, individual identity development, spiritual and faith issues, family growth, parenting, and child/teen issues. I am also certified in PREPARE/ENRICH, a program for pre-marital and marital couples.
Cross-cultural dynamics are an area of interest for me. I have extensive experience overseas and I love helping couples, families, and individuals communicate and grow through cross-cultural issues. Learning to connect with others who are different an ourselves is a challenging but rewarding experience that I enjoy.
In addition to my M.S. MFT, my educational background also includes a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary with an emphasis in pastoral counseling. I have worked and/or volunteered in various churches for over five years and have practiced pastoral counseling and mentoring for over ten years.
