Do you find yourself awake at night? Do you find that you feel stressed or worry over things? I am able to work with you to find the solutions that work best for you. I have worked in various settings including community clinics, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. A major focus of her work has been anxiety management as well as helping individuals identify and implement their healthy coping skills, reduce stress, and improve self-care. I have a Ph.D. in Social Welfare and a Master of Arts degree in Social Work. I have been a therapist for over six years in northeast Ohio.
I work with couples who identify a need to improve their relationship. I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach where, as a team, we work together to find strength-based options to create a healthier and happier lifestyle. I work closely with individuals to help them create their improved overall quality of life.
While change is not easy and can feel uncomfortable and frightening, I promise to work with each individual at their own unique pace while providing support and clarification (as needed) every step of the way.
