I've been working in the mental health field for 15 years in a variety of settings, including homes, schools and agencies. I have worked with individuals and their families ages 4 to young adults. I pull from a variety of evidence based treatments to meet your individual and unique needs. I specialize in teens and young adults.
Trauma and stress affects not just our brains but our bodies in a variety of ways as well. Releasing trauma and helping you heal is a passion of mine.
