About
I provide a safe and compassionate environment for children, teens, and adults to share their experiences and learn new skills. Your story and the meaning of your story are genuinely important to me. My desire is to help you experience connection, healing, and hope as you work toward your goals. Your collaboration and autonomy are important to me as I support you in processing your experiences, utilizing your strengths, and achieving your desired changes. I also utilize Play, Sand Tray, and Art Therapies in addition to Psychotherapy.
Supporting clients with suicidal thoughts and experiences are a focus of my practice. I work with clients who have experienced loss to suicide, and who support a loved one who has attempted suicide. I am passionate about each client’s therapeutic experience and provide an empathic and collaborative space to share what feels important to them.
