Welcome to my profile! I'm so glad you are here. My passion is helping people with life transitions. Many of my clients are young adults, seeking support with their journey into adulthood. Perhaps you feel pressure "to keep up" and find yourself constantly comparing the way you look, feel and act to those around you. I also enjoy supporting women and couples during pregnancy and the early stages of parenthood, helping sort through what they feel they "should" be feeling/doing versus their reality.
These stressors are normal, but you don't have to go through them alone. I blend a variety of skills, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy to help you find clarity.
