When your children are experiencing problems, it impacts the whole family! I have a passion for helping children and parents work through their problems to come to a happier and healthier place. I can help with a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns that you may have for your child or teen. Each child is unique, and I use a variety of techniques that are modified to fit your child’s needs including play therapy, expressive arts, games, activities, and talk therapy. I will also work with you as a parent in learning how to respond to your child’s feelings and behaviors in the most effective and healthy ways.

Play is a child’s natural form of communication. In play therapy, I create a safe space for children to process and express their feelings. Your child will learn coping skills to increase confidence, reduce anxiety, and help regulate emotions. Through play therapy, your child will gain the tools they need to move forward with their healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, specializing in child and adolescent therapy. My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, and young adults at non-profit agencies and in private practice. I look forward to being part of the healing process in your family!
