There are many reasons why you might be seeking therapy at this time. You may be experiencing an underlying sense of unease, sadness, or fear and recognize that something is missing or is just not right. You may be facing a difficult situation that feels overwhelming or has you questioning everything you once knew. You may have unhealed wounds and traumas from the past that continue to cause distress for you now. Relationships may be conflictual or you may feel a sense of separation from others. You are ready for change.
My goal is to provide a space of deep listening, non-judgment, and compassion in which an inner transformation can occur that is not dependent on the things that happen in your life. I have over 12 years of clinical experience and am dedicated to helping people discover more joy, ease, and connection in their lives.
In my view, no single approach can treat each person in all situations. Therefore, I use an integrative method, which incorporates acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and cognitive behavioral techniques. I am honored to have the opportunity to be present with you in the change process.
