I am a narcissist survivor. Therapy helped me heal and understand my experiences. I have survived the pain of emotional abuse, single motherhood, divorce, trauma and the heartache of feeling alone and unimportant. Life is hard and unfair. My personal experiences give me deep empathy for my clients. My goal is to help you find your healthy self, heal from depression and trauma, and learn to use your voice with confidence and power. I understand the science behind good relationships and want to assist you in finding inner peace, connection, healing, and belonging.
Relationships can develop patterns over time. I hope to help you identify and alter them. We work to process deep pain. Your healthy identity is key to healing and functioning. You can build a self identity you can trust and depend on. Using healthy boundaries we create power and safety for your life and relationships.
I treat victims of emotional abuse from a toxic or narcissistic relationship. Whether a child or spouse, relations with a narcissist leave painful scars. I welcome basic mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, marriage, mate selection, dating and re-marriage, blended/step-families, narcissism survival and individual therapy.

Daughters of emotionally immature or unavailable mothers walk a unique path. This group focuses on the issues created at a very young age during crucial developmental years without a mature and emotionally available mother to nurture and love. In this group and workshop you can find empathy and understanding from others who experience indescribable interactions with a mother who may have caused self doubt, drama, verbal abusive, manipulation, deception, betrayal, more.
