I have extensive experience working with complex mental health concerns, including trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties.
I specialize in neurodivergence, ADHD, complex trauma, BPD, and emotional regulation. I use CBT, DBT, somatic, and whole-person approaches to improve executive functioning, build emotional regulation skills, improve relationships, and create healthier daily habits. Therapy is tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Therapy doesn't have to feel like sitting across from someone who simply listens while you struggle to make sense of everything.
