I am a licensed professional counselor and certified art therapist. I offer insight and skill based therapy. Often I utilize art therapy as another way to communicate and tap into peoples strengths and problem solving skills. Art therapy can speed up the process and add a dose of creative fun.
Over the past 13 years I have been counseling children, adolescents and adults with a variety of challenges. I specialize in effective therapy for individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, high functioning autism and grief/loss.
