I am an experienced EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocess), DBT Therapist (Dialectic Behavioral Therapist) and CCTP (Certified Complex Trauma Professional). By using these modalities there are ways to help you overcome your past, present, and future symptoms that may be hindering your day-to-day life.

Often, our past hinders our present and future or our present worries keep us where we are at, leading to the feelings of being complacent, unhappy, unmotivated, or anxious.
