Life is hard. Sometimes it is even more than we can manage on our own. I believe it is an honor to hear your story and hold space for you while you work through these hard times. It is my job to listen and support you while we work together to find your strengths and improve your quality of life. I work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADD, Autism, mid-life transitions, mood disorders, and more. I work often with LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent clients.
I graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Psychology. After working in childcare for years, I graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling in 2008. Because not all people are the same, not all therapy approaches can be the same. I use an eclectic mix of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
