I offer both couples and individual counseling. I utilize the Gottman Method for couples, an evidence based therapy for couples, and CBT/DBT and MI along with art therapy for individuals. These are evidence based practices that have a high rate of success helping individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-esteem issues.
