With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, and relationship concerns. My approach connects insight with action: understanding how past experiences shape current patterns while developing ways to manage distress. I offer in-person therapy in State College and telehealth throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
