I work with people throughout the state of Washington via telehealth. I have experience with people ages 11 and older of all genders and from a range of lifestyles. I enjoy working with people going through life transitions, working through hurdles that have come up and building tools to work towards a better life and their goals for the future. I specialize in working with neurodiverse people, LGBTQ+, kink and poly populations, as well as people living with disabilities and chronic health conditions. I bring my feminist, sex-positive, healthy at every size philosophy to help empower others to work towards living their best life.
I use a variety of tools custom fit to meet each client where they are coming from. Therapy is not a one size fits most model. I have experience with a range of therapeutic techniques so each time we meet we can work on your goals with the tools that help you best.
I approach the therapy relationship with respect, warmth, and curiosity to create a safe space for self-reflection and discovery. It is important to me that you feel accepted as you are and who you are. Please email me here or on my personal website (www.kiltedcounseling.com) to schedule a free 15-minute video consultation.
