Using IFS, psychodynamic interventions, and relational psychoanalysis, we will reframe harmful stories, ease shame and anxiety, and build practical coping skills.
My clients desire clarity about who they are, relief from trauma loops, kinder self-talk, and relationships that feel mutual. I foster a safe and steady space to unmask and discover what embodiment looks and feels like for individuals.
I received my MSW from Smith College before pursuing additional training in IFS. I have 8+ years supporting LGBTQ and non-queer people with trauma, autism, ADHD/AuDHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic illness, and life transitions. Sharing yourself is vulnerable.
