I am currently accepting new perinatal clients navigating stressors through pregnancy and early parenthood. Welcoming a baby into the world is a big deal! You may be preoccupied with the birth, or worried about how you will parent differently than your parents did. You may be coming to terms with your new responsibilities, your changing relationships, or what it's like to be a 24/7 milk machine (no one talks about all the pumping!). If you're a parent reading this and wondering what's wrong with you that this is so hard: this IS hard and you can do hard things, but you don't need to do them alone.

I integrate parts work (IFS-informed) with EMDR to help you reconnect with your most empowered Self. EMDR helps to heal from past experiences that may be holding you back, and reconnect you with your inner calm, strength and resilience.

I often use EMDR integrated with parts work/Internal Family Systems. In our first session we will go deeper into what we discussed in our consultation, and I'll gather a history of significant life events. Early on I will introduce exercises for you to practice between sessions to promote peace and clarity. We will integrate these practices to promote inner trust, calm, and confidence.

This group is for moms with a child under 1 year old, who are feeling a bit isolated in this new phase of life. Group members will have a chance to share about their daily challenges (and appreciation too). This is a judgment free zone to connect over topics like feeding, relationship challenges, changing sleep patterns, physical changes, worries, and more. Whether you're looking for emotional support, or just some adult connection, this group is for you! 8-week virtual group with possibility of 2 In-person meetings in South Denver.
