I believe that safety and authenticity are incredibly important when looking for the right counselor. I am here to help you rediscover and reconnect with yourself as you navigate life challenges and find hope. I provide trauma informed care through the lens of attachment science, utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting. Our work will include an integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotions-Focused Therapy for individuals to create a unique approach to the healing process.
I am currently accepting new clients and am available Mondays and Wednesdays in person or via telehealth. Deciding to engage in counseling is an brave step, and often overwhelming!
