I take a whole-person approach to counseling and group work, drawing upon insights from body, heart, and mind. I encourage self-compassion and acceptance of the parts of ourselves that sometimes seem to thwart our goals for personal growth, holding them as a source of information about what needs to be seen and healed.
My approach invites gentle presence with the self, with others, and with our surroundings. If there are blocks to presence, we explore them somatically while also noticing and challenging limiting thoughts that keep us stuck in old patterns.
