We’ve heard people talk about how great therapy is, and no one really mentions how hard and uncomfortable it is. The foundations of my work and life philosophy are about balance and self compassion. I aim to help people regain control of themselves and their lives and find the balance within themselves.

My goal as a therapist is to allow you to explore and examine your life in a new way without fear of judgement. My hope is to help you better understand yourself and build a more meaningful life.
My experience and specialities are around OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and substance abuse. I use EMDR, ERP, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and self-compassion. I also help you learn CBT, DBT, and ACT skills to help you manage your symptoms and increase in life enjoyment.
