My clients—adults, teens, and parents—come to therapy seeking relief from overwhelm and a sense of ease in their bodies and relationships. I offer trauma and somatic therapy for adults and teens, and child-centered play therapy in Arlington, TX, where children and adults of all ages can express, heal, and grow through play, unconditional acceptance, and exploration.
I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and EMDR therapy for adults and teens, and child-centered play therapy for children ages 3 to 10 in Arlington, TX, throughout DFW, and online across Texas. My approach is person-centered and gentle, helping both nervous systems and stories find safety, release tension, and rebuild connection with self and others.
