I specialize in mood-based challenges, helping you identify your goals, what may be keeping you stuck, and working together to move through these challenges. My approach is light-hearted, fun, and collaborative. I offer virtual therapy only.
I am clinically trained in DBT, EMDR, CBT, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, and Mentalization-Based Therapy, an approach which enhances one's self understanding, with the goal of improving communication in relationships. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I offer a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their most authentic selves.
