With a focus on mind-body connection, I've practiced EMDR since 2015, incorporating this with Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and somatic work. As a trauma therapist, I'd like to offer you a safe place, free of judgement, to visit places you may have avoided for a long time.
