I enjoy working with people who are experiencing issues related to identity and self-esteem, grief/loss, life transitions, and anxiety. I am especially enthusiastic about working with individuals in the adoptee and queer communities.
I use client-centered and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in their own learning, growing, and evolving. I view therapy as a highly collaborative process and honor my clients’ autonomy and expertise in their own lives. My goal is to help you feel safe and accepted so you can heal, achieve your goals, and feel better.
