I have training in a variety of psychotherapy methods: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Flash Technique, which are two powerful methodologies used to treat trauma and other life challenges.
