I am a trauma informed, body-based holistic psychotherapist, author, and speaker with 20 years of experience helping people heal. I offer holistic (mind, body, spirit) psychotherapy to those wanting to do transformative inner work. I incorporate somatic practices, intuition, and nervous system regulation practices into my psychotherapy sessions.
