Whatever pain or suffering that brought you here today, I am ready to work with you on finding a way through the muddiness of your life’s obstacles. I work from a depth-oriented Somatic psychotherapy lens and believe that you hold the answers that need to be uncovered. We will work with the nervous system and understand how the body, emotions, and brain interact.

I work with individuals, couples, and people in various types of relationships (separation, divorce, conscious uncoupling, polyamorous). I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.
