It can be difficult to explore your past, present, and future alone. I utilize person-centered, existential theory, emotion focused techniques and adjust to fit each client's needs. I also offer experience with the mental health issues of agricultural workers, outdoor industry professionals, and recreationists.
Every person deserves a safe space to explore their unique fears, love, sadness, joys, and more. I work with adolescents and adults regardless of identity, background, and orientations.
