My ideal clients are adolescents and adults carrying trauma that hasn't had the right container - often because previous care didn't fully account for who they are. Many identify as LGBTQIA+ and are navigating identity-based harm alongside clinical presentations like PTSD, anxiety, or depression.
I also work with first responders and law enforcement processing the cumulative weight of crisis exposure, and early-career clinicians seeking supervision.
As part of MindShift, I can connect clients to group therapy and psychiatric medication management when it supports their care.
I hold post-graduate certifications in Traumatology and Adoptive & Foster Family Therapy with specialized training in PTSD, grief, psychological first aid, and childhood trauma. I have experience consulting with rural school districts and nonprofits, and work with individuals exploring queer identities, relationships, and religious trauma deconstruction.
