Hi there, I'm Bec, and I look forward to meeting with you! I work extensively with trauma, teens, and LGBTQ+ folks. Many of my clients have felt discriminated against and judged in the past, because they don't meet the status quo of what society thinks they "should" be. I help people develop their self-confidence and explore their trauma so that they can live life freely, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and make long-lasting meaningful connections with others.
I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and teenagers. I often provide gender-affirming care to transgender or questioning youth. I understand the unique challenges and experiences these populations face and am dedicated to providing affirming and culturally competent care.
