I graduated from UNCG in 2007 with my masters in community counseling. After becoming fully licensed I worked in the community, school, and inpatient settings providing therapeutic services and support. With 15 years experience in multiple settings, I began to specialize in issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and trauma, to difficult transitions like parenting, divorce, and empty-nesting. I continue to see a broad range of mental health concerns, genders, and populations. I meet clients where they are and work towards their goals.
