Bebe is a creative, intuitive and compassionate therapist. She specializes in working with those who have experienced trauma and/or abuse, which has impacted their well-being, connection with others, and self. She also provides support to individuals and couples who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, communication difficulties and relationship issues. Bebe utilizes a holistic approach and integrates aspects of expressive arts therapy to facilitate healing, growth and acceptance.
Her hope is that all people can experience improved relationships with themselves and others — all while living in peace, purpose and pleasure. Bebe identifies as a queer cis woman of Puerto Rican descent and welcomes those from all professions, backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender expressions.
