Hi I'm Tillary Rochelle, a proud combat veteran! At this time I can only accept BCBS/Anthem insurance for those living in CO and NC at this time. I'm licensed in NC, TX, IA, CO, and FL. Listen, I get it. Sometimes you may feel stuck and experience overwhelming emotions. My role as your therapist is to work along side you to help you understand how your past may be in your present. I work with adult individuals who have a variety of personal issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress to help them connect how those issues may rooted in unresolved trauma, childhood adversities, or relational stresses.
My approach is to meet each person where they are regarding their readiness to make changes in their life. It can be hard to seek professional help. I provide a judgement free space for you to feel free to be who you are while you share. I can assist with Letters of Readiness for Gender Affirmation Surgery.
