My role as your therapist is to work along side you to help you understand how your past may be in your present. I work with adult individuals who have a variety of personal issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress to help them connect how those issues may rooted in unresolved trauma, childhood adversities, or relational stresses.
My approach is to meet each person where they are regarding their readiness to make changes in their life. It can be hard to seek professional help. I provide a judgement free space for you to feel free to be who you are while you share. I can assist with Letters of Readiness for Gender Affirmation Surgery.
