My name is Melinda Switzer, MA, LPC, NCC; Beauty for Ashes Trauma Treatment and Therapy would like to accompany you on your healing journey. “Book with me now by clicking on my website”. I am a non-judgmental, Christian therapist, everyone is welcome and deserves to be able to manage their lives. This can be accomplished by creating a life worth living for themselves and their families, without the shadow of trauma looming over them and affecting everything they do.

My primary specialty & experience is in treating Trauma and symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which is characterized by emotional regulation issues, physical struggles, behavior problems, relationship problems, and suicidal ideation. I am trained in and experienced in modalities such as EMDR (certified), TF-CBT, DBT (certified), PBT, and Sand Tray.

As one who has experienced complex trauma personally, I believe I can help others who have endured some of the same struggles I have.
