I help women fully process intense emotions so they can feel calm, connected and safe in their body using brain-body based focused mindfulness modalities. I provide significant education on the nervous system which describes how emotions show up in how to effectively (and efficiently) process emotions out of our body so that there can be an increased connection to the present moment.
I can provide you an understanding of your nervous system that will help you learn what your body is trying to communicate to you. I will provide you a space in the counseling relationship that will help you compassionately explore your emotions while learning how to emotionally regulate.
