Hi my name is Beau and I provide individual therapy for adult men and women and IFS Informed EMDR Consultations for Therapists. I know what it’s like to struggle. Early on in my life I struggled with anxiety and not fitting in. At some point, I began using drugs as a way to escape and lived a very unhealthy and unhappy lifestyle until I hit bottom. I turned my life around by getting help with a therapist (a very special person that held space for me and understood my pain without judging me).

That was 15 years ago and my life has never been the same. Since then I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, received an undergraduate and master's degree from Tulane University, and have been helping men and women who struggle with mental health and addiction.
