I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, with close to 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health. The majority of my work has been in the area of trauma, mood disorders, family therapy, and working with adolescents.
I have worked with various clients from geriatrics to children, and across many different settings. I've worked in an inpatient unit, community mental health centers, and with telehealth clients. I excel in working with clients facing mood disorders, grief, or trauma.
I like to say that I stumbled into the field of psychology by accident. I was a nursing major, and my roommate in college invited me to her Psychology 101 class. I quickly fell in love with the concepts, and how fascinating the mind is, and the rest was history.
