I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you increase self- awareness to get your life back in an improving and transformative way. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first months and sustained improvement thereafter
I help adult individuals suffering from mood disorders; immigrants facing acculturation issues, women facing life challenges or changes, individuals experiencing identity conflicts.
I offer therapy sessions in-person, or online via zoom. I'm available most weekdays and in the evenings and I accept BCBS/PPO, CIGNA, and AETNA.
I offer an in-depth insightful and spiritual approach within a direct, empowering, empathic, and open minded style. I bring into the session 35 years of clinical experience within a psychodynamic model.
