Hi, I'm Beatriz Alexandra. If you or your family member is navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, or the challenges that come with a personality disorder, I bring genuine care and over 15 years of experience to every session. I work with clients across the lifespan, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I'm a Certified Autism Specialist as well as bilingual in English and Spanish. My passion is helping individuals and families navigate personal challenges and feel truly understood.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet your needs.
