I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with 8+ years of experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that allows for my clients to address current and historical stressors. I am a humanistic therapist whose passion is to walk alongside my client’s journey to their “ideal self.”
I have experience working with trauma, sexual issues, self-esteem related issues, self-harming and relational issues. I also have experience working with various diagnosis including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, conduct disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder. My goal is to work with my clients to effectively manage their stressors.
I have worked diligently to demonstrate cultural competency, which has assisted in my work with individuals of diverse cultural, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, and individuals of all ages.
