I have years of experience supporting clients from different cultural backgrounds. I bring to my practice the knowledge I have gained as an academic advisor and university faculty. That work, along with my multicultural life experience, has given me insight into the strengths and challenges that come with the unique situation of creating the life you desire.

In addition to in-person and online sessions, I offer in-person outdoor sessions where we harness the healing power of nature to create real movement in your life.
