As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership in Healthcare Administration, I specialize in treating adult men facing trauma and substance use. I have 21 years of experience working within the field of mental health and addiction, including working in acute inpatient settings and outpatient. I work with clients suffering from depression, addictions, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, grief and loss, coping skills, stress, anger, and more. I am trained in Crisis Management, addiction recovery, trauma interventions and family systems to help achieve success for each individual’s varying needs.
My belief is that therapy acts as a safe place for you to address those struggles in an empowering way. One that gives a sense of purpose, and leaves you feeling connected. It is my hope to offer a safe place of healing and hope to overcome these struggles and barriers that impede them from becoming the best version of themselves.
In my experience trauma, depression, anxiety, family/spouse conflict, and addiction can all create a sense of feeling stuck, unfulfilled and alone.
