I’m a holistic, open-minded provider serving the NRV area in person and via telehealth, and offering telehealth-only services in Harrisonburg. I empower clients to create meaningful change by identifying strengths and building personalized strategies to manage symptoms in ways that work for them. I support adolescents and adults with concerns including C-PTSD, ADHD, women’s issues, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship challenges, including polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous dynamics.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working in mental health for the last 9 years. I hold a certification in EMDR and as a clinical trauma professional. I have extensive training in LGBTQIA+ unique needs and ethically non monogamous relationships. I also have extensive experience working with families of all types including foster and adoptive families.
