I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Affinity Clinical Services, LLC. I have been in private practice since 2012 and work with clients on numerous issues, including stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, eating disorders, divorce and much more. I work mostly with older teens, young adults, adults, couples, and seniors. The year 2020 has proven to be stressful for everyone. If you are feeling stuck, lonely, anxious or just not yourself and just need to talk , feel free to contact me. As a therapist I provide a safe, nurturing environment that will help clients be more accepting of themselves.
I offer a very compassionate and nurturing therapeutic environment. My office will be your safe place where anything can be discussed. My therapy focuses on individuality and not labels or flaws. I focus on self acceptance with all my clients in the hope they will find peace and a sense of calm.
I believe a person's perception is their reality. People sometimes get stuck in negative thinking patterns and their own negative internal dialogue. We will work collaboratively on identifying stressors and other areas that you may want changed or strengthened. I would be honored to work with anyone who has the courage to reach out for help.
