The pandemic was hard on all of us. If you feel like you need some support or help to desal the last couple of years, I'm here. We all need help occasionally. Learning how to approach and overcome these challenges shape us and allow us to experience life to the fullest. Therapy allows us to look at where we may be blocked and helps us find our own answers to living an authentic life. I discovered that building a supportive relationship through therapy creates a safe place to explore life issues, understand difficult situations, learn new skills, enrich relationships, and work through situations that lead to a more authentic life.
My specialty areas include relationship issues, mental health disorders, traumas and addictions. I practice object relations, attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have extensive training in working with victims of Trauma.
I also can bill as an Out-of-Network Provider and I do take Beacon (partnership health plan), Medi-cal, Victim Witness, and Cigna.

Ecotherapy group
This group is $75 per session. We will meet in nature (forest, ocean, etc..) I will be teaching the group grounding skills, coping skills, and how to use nature to regulate your emotions. Each group will be 90 mins. with a maximum of 8 people.
