I am an empathetic, compassionate licensed psychologist with 24 years experience. My approach to counseling is eclectic based on your unique treatment goals. I provide both individual counseling, family counseling, as well as psychological evaluations/testing and behavior modification. I specialize in trauma and bereavement therapy for people of all ages. I help people and their families find their inner strengths, creativity and problem solving in order to cope with a variety of life's challenges.
I provide a variety of short, intensive counseling approaches using empathetic, collaborative, non judgmental listening in order to help provide therapeutic space to identify feelings, thoughts, needs, coping skills and goals; assist in developing insight, self-awareness new communication skills, problem solving and creative potential within yourself.
