I provide psychological services to children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with maladaptive coping and behavior as a result of unresolved mood, anxiety, trauma, identity, family, social/cultural, and/or educational challenges. My work further extends to adults with histories of trauma and ADHD. I accept patients stepping down from inpatient, partial, and IOP programs, and am often sought out after unsuccessful treatment attempts and for second opinions. I am well suited to work with complex cases, people identifying as neuro-divergent or highly sensitive (HSP), and diverse groups including Black and LGBTQIA+ patients.
My approach to therapy is tailored to an individual's presenting needs, but is always rooted in genuineness, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I mainly provide individual therapy and utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), a trauma and culturally informed, evidence-based therapy and worldview. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am a certified ADHD professional specializing in the diagnostic assessment of ADHD. I am available for consultation in-office and on-location.
